First Lady Erdoğan visits Nation’s Library with First Lady Kim of South Korea

First Lady Emine Erdoğan visited the Nation’s Library with First Lady Kim Hea Kyung of the Republic of Korea.

Inspecting the books at the South Korean section at the Cihannümâ Hall, the two First Ladies paid a visit to the Nasrettin Hoca Children’s Library and met with children.

Afterwards, First Lady Erdoğan and First Lady Kim of South Korea proceeded to the State Guesthouse, where they held a bilateral meeting and where First Lady Kim of South Korea signed the Global Commitment to Zero Waste.

Sharing a post on her social media account later on, First Lady Erdoğan drew attention to President Lee Jae Myung of the Republic of Korea’s state visit to Türkiye, and voiced her wish that this meaningful visit will further strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

Mrs. Erdoğan also thanked First Lady Kim of South Korea for contributing to the future by signing the Global Commitment to Zero Waste.
