Condolences for the Death of the Polish President Kaczynski and his Accompanying Delegation

President Abdullah Gül extended his condolences to the Vice President of Poland and National Parliament Speaker, Bronislaw Komorowski for the death of President Lech Kaczynski and his accompanying delegation in a plane crash in Russia:
"I am in a deep sorrow due to the fact that we have lost my dear friend President Lech Kaczynski and his esteemed spouse, Maria Kaczynski as well as some Polish high officials in a terrible plane crash. His absence will always be felt. The Turkish nation will always remember him with love and respect. We wholeheartedly share the sorrow of the Polish nation. For myself and on behalf of my nation, I extend my condolences to the families of His Excellency, President Kaczynski, his esteemed spouse, and those who have lost their lives in the crash."
