President Abdullah Gül received the Pakistani Defense Minister, Ahmet Muhtar and his accompanying delegation at the Çankaya Presidential Palace.
Conveying Pakistani President Asıf Ali Zerdari’s good wishes to President Gül, Minister Muhtar briefed him about his program in Turkey as well.
The President, extending his condolences to the Minister for the terrorist attack in Pakistan, reiterated that Turkey appreciated Pakistan’s fight against terrorism.
They also discussed the cooperation between the two countries in the defense industry.
